The job of a Coaching is to help people who are stuck get unstuck. Getting them moving from where they are to where they want to be.
The art and practice of enabling individuals and groups to move from where they are to where they want to be. It’s the means of helping people expand their visions, build their confidence, increase their skills, unlock their potential, and take practical steps towards their goals.
In the simplest of terms, it works by asking powerful questions. Through these questions, we help the client discover a clearer direction and create detailed plans to accomplish their goals. We walk with them through the process, keeping them moving, focused, on track and accountable.
ANYONE! If you are looking to improve one or several areas of their life you need a Coach. If you are feeling stuck and need to find a path forward, you need coaching. If you are in a good place and want to step your game up – get to the next level, you need coaching.
Sessions are typically 45-50 minutes with a 10-minutewrap up at the end. Total time per session 1 hour.
The length of the coaching process is totally in the control of the client. Once an agreed upon objective is identified, it can take 5 weeks or 5 months depending on what the objectives are.
Can I change what I focus on?
Coaching can take place wherever the client feels most comfortable. Meeting format/venue is agreed upon prior to the start of the next session.
Yes, we offer virtual and in person sessions (your favorite coffee house). Virtual meetings include but are not limited to over phone calls, FaceTime, Zoom, Vimeo, Microsoft Teams.

Yes, for coaching to be truly successful, depend on the Client and Coach alike.
If the Coach is asking the right questions and is apt at listening; able to pick up on and understand what the client is saying and what they are not saying. (Understanding non-verbal cues are just as important as what the person is verbalizing.) Getting the client to identify a particular area or areas they wish to work on and developing plans to target those areas is only 50%. The client must be willing to do their part. They must be forthcoming, open to the process, not be resistant to being Coach. They must do the work and be accountable for there to be success.
